How to Participate:

Follow these steps for your chance to win an unforgettable trip with Guardian Group Fatum & SkeniCash:

  1. Purchase a Travel Insurance with Guardian Group Fatum via portal.myguardiangroup.com and automatically participate in the chance to win one of five truly unforgettable trips.
  2. Purchase ANY OTHER Insurance with Guardian Group Fatum, plus your travel insurance, to automatically add three more chances to win one of five unforgettable trips and the final, trip of a lifetime.
  3. All Guardian Group Fatum existing & new customers have a chance at the final trip of a lifetime.
  4. New insurances should be purchased during the campaign period to qualify.
  5. Campaign Period: August 1 - December 31, 2024.
  6. Policy Dates: Policies should be taken out between August 1 and November 30, 2024.
  7. Travel Dates: Trips must be between August 1 and December 15, 2024.
  8. SkeniCash Registration: Enter your SkeniCash number and register your SkeniCash account when purchasing your insurances on portal.myguardiangroup.com to automatically participate in the campaign.

Before Your Purchase:

  1. Sign up via: https://skenicash.com/
  2. Follow the steps to complete your insurance purchase.
  3. Fill out your SkeniCash number before finalizing your purchase.

 

After Your Purchase:

  1. Sign up via: https://skenicash.com/ and complete the registration.
  2. Log into your Guardian Group Fatum portal account at portal.myguardiangroup.com.
  3. Go to your profile.
  4. Fill out your new SkeniCash number.
  5. You're all set!
     

Participation Qualifications:

  • Make any insurance purchase via portal.myguardiangroup.com
    • Travel insurance purchased during the campaign period, add your details to the form and automatically participate for 1 of 5 trips.
    • Other insurances PLUS travel insurance purchased during the campaign period, add your details to the form and automatically participate for 1 of 5 trips participate with 3x the chance to win.
    • All Guardian Group Fatum customers who are current customers and or new customers within the campaign period participate for the last and final program for season 3 which is the “Trip of a Lifetime”.

 

  • Guardian Group Fatum and its affiliated partners and entities reserve the right to select and deselect participants without notice or reasoning.
  • Enter your SkeniCash number for insurances purchased during the campaign period from June 1st till November 30th.
  • Register your SkeniCash account.
  • You must be a resident of Curaçao.
  • You must be 18 years of age or older to participate.
  • Travel period must be between August 1 and December 15, 2024.

  • The above rules and qualifications apply to all terms and conditions.
  • By entering your SkeniCash number to your insurance purchases, you agree to participate in the Kontent’i Mirabo Season 3 campaign.
  • Participating in the campaign means you will be audio/visually recorded and photographed during a short period. These recordings will be publicly available.
  • Participating means you agree to grant access to your data at Guardian Group Fatum with its partners and affiliated third parties for all purposes surrounding Kontent’i Mirabo.
  • Participating means that you agree to these terms and conditions.
     

Selection of Winners:

  • 5 winners will be selected during the campaign period of August 1st - December 31st.
  • Winners will be chosen based on their compliance with campaign rules, terms & conditions, and the successful registration of their SkeniCash account.
  • Winners will travel with the Kontent’i Mirabo crew for part of their travels (2-5 days). The remainder of the trip will be self-fulfillment.
  • The 6th and final show winner will not travel with the Kontent’i Mirabo crew for part of their travels however, the winning party must record and share User generated content with the Kontent’i Mirabo organization for marketing and promotional purposes.
  • All  winners must keep the win and trip confidential until Kontent’i Mirabo gives the go ahead.
  • All winners 5 trips will receive a VIP upgraded trip valued at a maximum of ANG 7,500 each.
  • The final show winner will receive a trip valued at a maximum of ANG 17,500.
  • No posts or other publicly available content may be shared before so approved by Kontent’I Mirabo on publicly or on personal channels.
     

User Generated Content:

Kontent’i Mirabo might allow you to communicate, upload, or make available text, images, audio, video, or other content (“User Generated Content” or “UGC”). By submitting UGC, you:

  1. Warrant that you hold all rights in the UGC or have obtained third-party consent for the use of the UGC.
  2. Warrant that anyone in the UGC is at least eighteen years of age.
  3. Agree to indemnify Guardian Group Fatum and its affiliates against any third-party claims that the UGC infringes on any rights.
  4. Represent that the UGC complies with applicable laws and is not obscene, defamatory, discriminatory, threatening, pornographic, libelous, harassing, hateful, or otherwise illegal.
  5. Agree that the UGC is a “work made for hire” and that Guardian Group Fatum owns the UGC. If it does not qualify as work made for hire, you assign all rights to Guardian Group Fatum.
  6. Grant Guardian Group Fatum the right to modify, publish, display, or otherwise use the UGC as it sees fit.
  7. Waive any and all of your portrait rights and have obtained consent from any third parties depicted in the UGC.
  8. Agree to execute all assignments or documents required to effectuate ownership and rights transfer to Guardian Group Fatum.
     

Liability Disclaimer:

GUARDIAN GROUP FATUM, ITS AFFILIATES, AGENCIES, OR ANY PARTY INVOLVED IN CREATING, PRODUCING, OR DELIVERING KONTENT’I MIRABO IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF KONTENT’I MIRABO, EVEN IF ADVISED OF SUCH DAMAGES OR LOSSES, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Guardian Group Fatum may suspend or terminate your access to Kontent’i Mirabo for non-compliance with these Terms.
